CAN I HAVE BALLOONS AT THE BEACH?
For environmental reasons, we kindly do not allow balloons at the beach. We love keeping our beaches beautiful and safe for marine life.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM GETS DAMAGED OR STAINED?
We understand accidents happen. If any items are damaged or stained during your picnic, a replacement or cleaning fee may be applied based on the specific item. We always appreciate gentle care of our decor so everthing stays beautiful for everyone!
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR A PICNIC?
We travel within South Florida and love exploring new beach locations. If you desired spot is outside our standard range, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance-just send us the location and we’ll take care of the rest!
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER?
There will be a fully refundable deposit if canceled 24 hours before your picnic.
All cancellations after 24 hours will be a 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations due to weather will be credited toward your next celebration within 6 months of your original date.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We recommend booking your picnic at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL?
We do not provide food or alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own selection to complement your curated picnic experience.
